Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales of bus rental and transport services (tourism, staff transportation, events, transfers, etc.)
Identify and attract new B2B and B2G clients: corporates, travel operators, public sector organizations
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals
Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular sales reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent knowledge of the UAE passenger transport market – mandatory
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within transportation, tourism, or logistics
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
