BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Our client is currently seeking diligent candidates for the position of Food Technologist.
THE JOB:
As a Food Technologist, your main role will be to apply your knowledge in meat production, collaborate with production teams, ensure quality control, and contribute to the development of new meat products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply food technology principles to improve meat production processes.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Conduct research and development for new meat products.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
The job holder should have the following qualifications:
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, or a related field, obtained between 2020 and 2025, prior to the date of application for authorization.
At least 3 months of work/ internship experience in butchery, slaughtering, or meat production.
Passport.
