Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via online chat

Assist customers with placing orders and choosing the right products

Follow up on order status and shipping updates

Help boost sales and provide excellent service

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of work experience

Minimum qualification: OND

Must be patient and friendly

Has strong communication and sales skills

Must be hardworking and reliable

Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus

Location: Trade Fair, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 120,000 + Attractive Commission
