Management Trainee - GTM (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

- Supports and assist in monitoring of implementation of product launch, GTM, and online or on-ground execution

- Assist GTM Director and accomplish given adhoc tasks

- Helps oversee management, refines internal systems and processes, and closely monitors the execution of daily tasks needed to be accomplished within the GTM Department

- Coordinates with HQ China to ensure prompt delivery of materials needed in time for launch preparation.

- Utilize strong data analytics skills to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the product life cycle

- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to enhance existing products and introduce new strategies

- Foster collaboration between other departments such as marketing, sales, retail to ensure seamless integration of products into the market

- Have a proactive attitude in terms of anticipating concerns and coming up with solutions ahead of time

Qualifications

- Must be a college graduate from any management-related course and with an interest in consumer electronics and branding.

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint)

- Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills in order to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good communiciation skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.

- Speaks intermediate Mandarin and English, should be familiar with and has a good grasp of business terms in Mandarin

- Independent and able to multitask, work within timelines

- Organized, highly meticulous, and detail oriented

- Quick to adapt to fast work environment

- Mature, results-driven, and customer-oriented

- Able to work beyond expected office hours if necessary

- Work Site: Willing to work on-site everyday in BGC
