Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, support, and system management. The intern will work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless operation of technology systems and support day-to-day technical needs

Qualifications

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, or in-person.

Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (e.g., computers, printers, and peripherals).

Help in managing and maintaining IT inventory records.

Support the team in system updates, backups, and security protocols.

Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides for recurring issues.

Collaborate on IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and software rollouts.

Maintain compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
