Responsibilities

Growing and nurturing the sellers in fashion industry via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication

Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase seller' earning potential.

Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth

Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform

Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all seller-related stakeholders both internally and externally

Support all seller-related operational tasks when required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Final year or recent graduate from Bachelor Degree and above.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstration of project management skills in past projects

A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes

Preferred Qualifications

Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the industry landscape in SEA is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
