Job Introduction:

DELIVERING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES.

Reduce idle/waiting times before leaving base

Crew Commander responsible for the team on a trip.

Attend all morning briefs (parades).

Leave base properly crewed and ensure to return to base the same including the Aps.

Remind the crews on the CIT Operators will.

Ensure constant logging with the control room on departures or arrivals at the customer premises.

Follow all Deposita laid down procedures.

Should carry the E viper, CUG and the customer boxes/bags required during the trip.

RISK & COMPLIANCE - Vehicle checks, Accountable documents, CIT Operators will, Daily bankings, Decrewing

Conduct and document the vehicle security features.

Ensure the lead car and the chase car are within sight at all times

Ensure to record the use of all accountable documents and should be safely secured.

Never carry unauthorized passengers.

The Aps should at all times take their positions.

Maintain a high level of integrity, dignity and working standards

Ensure all cash collected is banked or delivered to the cash centre. (Bss receipt to match the banking slip)

On completion of CIT run to ensure to decrew the day's activities with the decrewing officer.
