Job Description
A. Credit Risk Management
1. Extracts loan repayment data per product/sales campaign to identify segments where delinquency is concentrated.
2. Analyzes credit reports and other relevant information to determine credit risk.
3. Supports the Credit Risk Department Head in developing credit risk management strategies/policies to mitigate credit risks.
4. Participates in credit review processes to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of credit risk models.
5. Utilizes statistical tools and techniques to evaluate the likelihood of default and potential losses.
6. Ensures that the organization's credit portfolio remains within acceptable risk parameters while maximizing profitability.
7. Keeps abreast of changes and updates in regulations affecting credit risk management.
B. Reporting and Compliance
1. Formulates detailed credit risk report about the portfolio health of each product for management’s perusal.
2. Generate and analyze reports on credit risk metrics to identify trends and potential issues.
3. Communicates credit risk findings and strategies to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business, Economics, or any related field
Preferably with certification in finance or risk management.
Proficiency in SAS or SQL, and Microsoft Excel
