💡 About Code Equity

Code Equity is a national nonprofit on a mission to empower foster, homeless, and underserved youth through coding education, mentorship, and community-based tech programs. We provide students with technical skills, confidence, and career pathways that can change the trajectory of their lives.

As we expand our impact across the U.S., we’re launching new school partnerships, growing our volunteer network, and creating more opportunities for youth to thrive in tech.

To support this next stage of growth, we’ve set an ambitious goal:

Raise $100,000+ over the next 12 months

This funding will allow us to:

Provide laptops and tech access to students in need

Offer stipends to peer instructors and mentors

Launch new chapters in high-need communities

Build operational capacity to serve more youth nationwide

We’re currently building a mission-driven Business & Finance intern team to help us achieve this goal and make a lasting impact together.

Chief of Staff – Business Operations (Intern Lead)

What You’ll Do

Assist in launching live fundraising campaigns

Conduct outreach to donors, sponsors, and grant makers

Analyze campaign performance and develop growth strategies

Support budgeting, financial planning, and projections

Collaborate closely with our leadership team to drive real outcomes
