Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to drive revenue growth, secure new business opportunities, and oversee the company’s sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, closing deals, and developing marketing campaigns that contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all distributor and resellers acquisition and retention

Motivate Sales Team to meet agreed target

Increase Business Revenue and Revenue Growth Rate

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales through retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.

Identify and secure partnerships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.

Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.

Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary.

Administrate customer database on email marketing platforms

Achieve objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.

Prepare and complete the marketing action plan.

Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.

Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for various channels.

Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
