Job Summary:
The Business Administration Intern will support various administrative, operational, and project-based tasks across different departments. This role provides hands-on experience in general business functions such as office coordination, reporting, documentation, and internal process support—ideal for students seeking practical training in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and maintaining internal documents, reports, and databases.
Support day-to-day office operations including scheduling, filing, and communications.
Help prepare business reports, presentations, and summaries as needed by the team.
Coordinate with other departments for data gathering, task follow-ups, and project updates.
Participate in internal meetings and take minutes or notes as required.
Support team members with research, market scanning, or administrative tasks.
Assist in the planning and coordination of company events or activities.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling internal records or business data.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects.
Please note:
There is no internship allowance.
This is a hybrid internship in BGC, working from the office 2 to 3 times per week.
Laptop and corporate email will be provided during the internship duration.
