Budget Specialist Supervisor

General Requirements :

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Economy, or related field

At least 3 years of experience in Finance or Budgeting

Proficient in using Accounting / Finance Software and Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Word)

Capable of performing budget data analysis, proactive, and detail oriented

Have a strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.

Job Descriptions :

Collect data from various departments regarding to budget needs for specific period

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget

Monitor budget realization and conduct analysis to provide improvement recommendations

Prepare monthly and quarterly budget reports for management

Manage and document all budget related documents to support audit process
