How you'll contribute
Service Management and Capacity Planning
1. Ensure applications remain available for business use and batches complete in time. Monitor incidents to ensure it is addressed within agreed SLA. Work with systems delivery team and business for priority fixes/releases. Review capacity/utilization of application environments to maintain stability and future demands.
Incident and Problem Management
1. Monitor application defects and program fixes released. Work closely with IT Infra team for smooth operation of shared systems infrastructure. Coordinate with relevant teams (internal and external vendors) for timely resolution of reported production issues and post mortem Root Cause Analysis discussions.
Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity
1. Develop and maintain application BCP/DR procedure is up-to-date. Perform DR/BCP simulations as per plan and schedule.
Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia (Master's Degree is a plus)
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is an advantage
At least 3 years of I.T. & Application support experience in Banking and Financial, Corporate Finance/Investment, IT-Hardware, IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, IT-Software
Able to clearly communicate with business user.
Basic understanding of Loan Booking/Disbursement, GL, KYC/AML, Collections, Case Management.
Basic technical knowledge of Cloud, OS, Web, Database, FTP, Datawarehouse
