Accounting Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing of Supermarkets Sales

Reconcile Sales and Accounts Receivable report with Credit and Collection Department

Encoding of Inventory Movement of Meat, Supplies, Packaging and other Ingredients (Beginning, Purchases,Conversion, Sales/Kilo, Transfers & Actual Ending)

Conduct actual count / Inventory of meat, packaging, and Fixed Asset

Prepare F/S of Supermarket Consignment

Input Operating Expense

Prepare Reseco/variance and Production Cost Analysis

Maintain Fixed Asset Lapsing Schedule

Reconcile Purchases and Deliveries from and to other branch

Monitor Supplies, Packaging and VAP ingredients inventory

Perform other assigned duties

Monitor External Purchases

Filing of important forms and documents

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Management related course

Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
