Transport Specialist

Job Description

Manage transportation purchase orders (PO) based on the best logistics route solutions.

Monitor proof of delivery (POD) submissions and daily closing activities of logistic providers.

Track transportation KPIs, including on-time delivery and system usage, for logistics providers.

Oversee warehouse operations and dismantling activities at regional warehouses.

Coordinate with the project team on truck and delivery arrangements to ensure smooth delivery and proper handover of materials to the receivers.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline.

Good command of English, both oral and written; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong data processing and analysis skills.

Strong discipline, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

Determined, energetic, and self-motivated.

Willing to work under pressure, travel for business trips, and work overtime when required.
