Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking

Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ skills and fit

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements

Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
