Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager - Tenders & GeM located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing tender processes, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve identifying tender opportunities, preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Government Tendering & GeM

Strong understanding of sales and procurement processes in government sector

Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids independently

Familiarity with public procurement rules, documentation, and pricing strategy

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals

Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred)

Qualifications

Sales Management, Tender Management, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) skills

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders

Experience in healthcare industry: e.g., medical devices, industrial supplies, office equipment, etc.]

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
