Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will be assigned to support the Recruitment Team - Talent Acquisition
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Managing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards
Streamlining report and dashboard creation process
Interpreting recruitment data and provide findings or actionable insights
Developing and maintaining databases – reorganizing data in a readable format
Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Preparing reports and submitting reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Qualifications:
Atleast 1 year experience in recruitment
Must have completed a College Degree of any course
Must have Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Previous experience, knowledge, or education in Human Resources, Communication or Psychology areas is an advantage
With experience in Data Analytics and Recruitment is an advantage
