Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients and is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. The role includes managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, directing visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the front desk, including receiving deliveries and distributing mail.
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and appearance.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company or services.
Monitor visitor access and issue visitor passes when necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND in any course of study
