Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in order processing and the creation of proposal documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design team) and external vendors.
Support the preparation of client-facing documents, primarily quotations and sales-related materials.
Act as Quantity Surveyor (QS) for vendor price control and cost checking.
Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team.
Assist with stock opname (inventory checking) and basic coordination with the warehouse team.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
High conversational English or above.
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Administration in Construction, Interior Design, or Building Materials Trading industries.
Able to read and understand construction layouts/drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced level Excel.
