A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
