Job Description
YOUR ROLE
Delivers and/or ensures delivery of agreed and set sales, collection, and profitability targets (for product new business and renewals) either directly, or though brand alliances, continuously and constantly finding and setting up new channels to grow product sales.
Helps in the formulation and implementation of strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets including but not limited to timely promotional push and front end and back-end process improvements.
Monitors product performance data (e.g. conversion rate, loss ratio, renewal ratio, sales per channel, collection)
Conducts market research—competitive landscape, environmental scan to make sure that the products stay relevant and ahead of the competition.
Pitches ideas, products, and processes to external and internal stakeholders.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
Graduate of a 4-year bachelor's degree course (preferably Business related)
Fresh graduates may apply!
With experience/knowledge in non-life insurance is highly preferred
Analytical thinking skills, innovative, organized, service and customer oriented, has extensive retail knowledge
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
