Job Title: Head of Projects

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Mumbai

Job Overview:

The candidate will head the function of Project management for the Organization which is India’s leading company for Campus Housing projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate shall have overall responsibility for execution of greenfield development and asset upgradation works.

Key roles and responsibilities shall include liasioning with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive the following:

➢ Project design brief

➢ Identification and appointment of project vendors such as PMC consultants, QS, contractors, consultants, architects etc

➢ Preparation of GFC Drawings

➢ Project cost budgeting with detailed BOQ Project life cycle planning

➢ Monitoring project execution from timelines and cost perspective; identifying and rectifying avenues of deviation

Qualifications:

➢ Minimum 15 years of experience in a project execution and management role

➢ Work experience with a reputed real estate developer (regional or Pan India), with track record of delivering completed projects from start to finish especially residential with a preference for low cost housing

➢ Candidate should be comfortable building relationships with external stakeholders as this role would require significant collaboration with university personnel

➢ Candidate should have significant experience building and managing project execution teams especially outsourced teams
