With retail momentum behind us, we’re ready to supercharge growth by building an AI-powered engine for outreach, content, and innovation. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Own

You’ll work directly with the leading team and help architect, test, and optimize how we use AI across our go-to-market engine.

🧠 Core Focus Areas:

• AI-Driven Lead Generation: Use tools like Clay or Apollo to identify retail buyers, journalists, influencers, and freelancers.

• CRM + Sales Automation: Enhance our HubSpot CRM with automations, scoring, and AI-based workflows.

• Content Creation: Use GPTs and other tools to write personalized cold emails, sales decks, and social media posts.

• Market & Retail Intel: Track competitor activity, category trends, and buyer feedback using AI research assistants.

• Workflow Prototyping: Experiment with new tools and automations to scale outreach, simplify reporting, or reduce friction.

• Founder’s Right Hand: Join strategic calls and weekly check-ins to share results and shape roadmap decisions.

Who You Are

You’re a creative operator with a passion for emerging tech and a love for solving real-world business challenges. You get excited by a blank canvas—and even more excited by building something that works.

✅ You Have:

• Current enrollment in a university program (business, marketing, CS, or related).

• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like GPT-4, Clay, Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar.

• Excellent writing, clear communication, and organizational skills.

• A bias for action and the ability to learn quickly.

• An insatiable curiosity about AI and how it can drive creativity, efficiency, and business growth.

🌟 Bonus If You:

• Have experience with e-commerce, Shopify, or CRM automations.

• Know your way around the CPG world or are curious to learn fast.

• Have previously launched a project, startup, or growth experiment of your own.
