Business Development Officer (Banking & Finance background)

Support partnership development by managing technical, pricing, and business discussions.

Serve as the primary account contact, overseeing onboarding, customer service, retention, and revenue growth.

Build strong partner relationships, resolve issues quickly, and gather feedback to drive improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and meet revenue targets.

Identify new partnership opportunities and assist in developing go-to-market strategies.

Represent the company in meetings, client engagements, and industry events as needed.

Support critical operations, including working extended hours when needed.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer-facing and business development role.

Fintech or banking industry experience preferred.

Strong background in sales, partnerships, and financial product integration.

Experience in contract management, customer relationship growth, and regulatory compliance.

Successful track record in meeting revenue targets and managing complex projects.

Experience working with financial regulatory bodies (BSP, BancNet, etc.).

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday (on-site)
