Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide professional, friendly service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Register and bid farewell to guests per SOPs.

Achieve membership targets and manage walk-in guests.

Collect payments and coordinate with relevant departments.

Maintain a well-stocked and operational Guest Service Desk.

Safeguard guest privacy and uphold resort policies.

Address complaints, anticipate needs, and build guest rapport.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Stay informed about resort services, offers, and promotions.

Process membership registrations and transactions accurately.

Report incidents, manage refunds, and reconcile payments.

Control wristbands, gift cards, and promotional materials.

Follow safety protocols and professional conduct standards.

Assist with events and guest relations to uphold resort reputation.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus).

Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.

Experience in cash handling and POS systems is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
