Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and track monthly audit schedules
Ensure that SOP's in auditing are effective and being followed by team members. Revisit the efficiency of current protocols and create recommendations accordingly, thus should perform routine inventory audits in the farms and plants as well.
Assist the team in providing accurate inventory reports and submitting these on/before deadline.
Provide recommendations on the improvement of internal controls to minimize risks, optimize utilization of resources, and enhance accuracy of inventory reports.
Monitor progress of the agreed corrective actions.
Coordinate with the department heads all audit-related matters.
Assist on the trainings of the audit associates to build team's capabilities.
Key Qualifications:
Education: BS Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting Technology or any related course
Experience: Supervisory roles in the field of audit
Special skills:
can develop and support a team that is capable of achieving exceeded KPI's
knowledge in accounting and auditing procedures
Microsoft office skills and spreadsheet skills
has analytical and problem solving skills
can handle confidential data
has keen attention to detail
can work both in field and office, with good written and verbal communication skills
