Assistant Repairman - Hotel

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment, fixtures, and amenities on board our ships

Perform routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner

Respond to urgent repair requests and troubleshoot any problems that may arise

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks

Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Assist in training new team members as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
