Shift In-Charge – Packaging Unit

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate shift production to achieve daily targets

Lead and support machine operators and line staff during shifts

Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards

Maintain accurate production logs and ensure smooth shift handovers

Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime

Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for continuous improvements

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in a supervisory role within plastic packaging or FMCG manufacturing

Strong hands-on knowledge of Injection Moulding and Cap Compression Moulding Machines

Direct experience with Husky, Haitian, and Tianjin machines is highly preferred

Strong leadership, team management, and shift coordination abilities

Solid understanding of production planning and reporting

Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred)
