Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Management
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions.
• Effectively handle initial product/service consultations and product demonstrations.
• Nurture relationships with prospective customers and manage the sales pipeline.
• Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities, ensuring all potential is maximized.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
• Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification through to closing, includin negotiations and contract management.
• Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of the client.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and long-term satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the business.
• Market Knowledge & Strategy
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics across the US regions.
• Work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams to tailor sales strategies for each market.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
• CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the sales approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education:
• MBA/ PGDBM (Mandatory)
• Technical Background (BE/BTech or equivalent)
• Experience:
• 1 to 4 years of experience in inbound sales, ideally with a background in a B2B environment.
• Experience working with international markets, particularly in the US regions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in SaaS or technology sales.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in key languages spoken within the US regions.
