Take an active role in the recruitment journey to find suitable candidates
Manage mass recruitment for entry-level positions, coordinate recruiting events, and execute tasks related to sourcing and evaluating candidates
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants
Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related major (final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
Energetic, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Available for a dynamic 3-month commitment
