Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Site Management Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in site coordination, construction supervision, and interior project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily on-site activities
Monitor and report project progress, site conditions, and contractor performance
Support Site Manager in managing schedules, materials, and installation timelines
Participate in site meetings and help prepare site documentation and reports
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and design teams for seamless project execution
Track and organize project-related materials and tools
Identify and report site issues or delays promptly to supervisors
Requirements
Recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
Strong interest in project/site supervision and interior fit-out execution
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of construction materials, processes, and HSE practices
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and project documentation
