Kopi Kenangan is the first Food and Beverage (F&B) retail Unicorn in Southeast Asia. Are you a detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in procurement and supply chain? Kopi Kenangan is looking for a Procurement Intern to support our dynamic team in handling sourcing and purchasing for our growing business.

Ideal Candidate Profiles:

Final year student or fresh graduate from any major (preferably Business / Management / Administration)

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with SAP from a previous internship is a plus

Able to join as soon as possible for a minimum 3-month internship

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations

Coordinating with vendors regarding order confirmations, deliveries, and lead times

Supporting the Purchase Request and Purchase Order process

Maintaining procurement databases, supplier lists, and digital documentation

Tracking and following up on pending items and deliveries.

Assisting in ensuring that goods/services delivered match agreed specifications

Helping prepare simple procurement reports when needed
