Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
Maintain and update employee payroll records.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax laws, and internal payroll policies.
Handle payroll queries and coordinate with HR for changes in employee status, deductions, or benefits.
Billing
Prepare, issue, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure billing accuracy.
Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years experience in payroll and/or billing is preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
