Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support business growth.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with client need
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS
Diploma or Certificate in Marketing and Communications from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or client relationship management, preferably in the insurance sector.
Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) from the College of Insurance.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Innovative and future thinking ability.
References from the insurance industry is an added advantage.
