Job Summary

We’re looking for a responsible and technically sound IPP Operator to manage, monitor, and optimise our power production systems, ensuring maximum uptime, compliance, and safety.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and control plant systems

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

Ensure safety and environmental compliance

Respond to emergencies and optimize output

What You’ll Need

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering (preferred)

2–4 years’ experience in power plant operations

Strong technical skills and a safety-first mindset.
