Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process accurate and timely payroll for all staff, including statutory deductions and benefits.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and related reports.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and leave.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
Support HR initiatives, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and payroll administration.
Knowledge of payroll systems and HR best practices.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
