Head of Operations in Polyester Yarn Production

We are looking for a highly skilled leader to oversee our textile operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of textile production processes, including polyester yarn extrusion, texturizing, and spinning. Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role is essential, with a minimum of 14-16 years in the industry.

Main Duties

• Oversee global sourcing and procurement teams

• Develop and implement production planning strategies

• Manage shop floor control and plant operation processes

• Promote process improvement and manufacturing efficiency
