About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and proactive NYSC Digital Marketer whose primary responsibility will be lead generation and client acquisition. You won’t just be posting content — you’ll be actively hunting for potential clients, reaching out, following up, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, send that DM, follow up on leads, and keep the sales pipeline full.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential leads across multiple channels (social media, email, phone, events, referrals, etc.)

* Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, DMs, and other methods

* Follow up consistently on warm leads and existing prospects

* Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all client interactions

* Set appointments and book discovery calls for the business development team

* Work closely with the team to refine messaging, offers, and outreach strategies

* Support occasional digital marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads

* Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes

Key Qualities We’re Looking For

* A strong sales mindset — persistent, persuasive, and goal-oriented

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Comfort with cold outreach (calls, DMs, emails, etc.)

* Confident, self-motivated, and highly organized

* Quick learner who is open to feedback and coaching

* Strong interest in digital marketing, business development, and client acquisition

* Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus

Qualifications

* Current NYSC corps member serving in Lagos

* Willingness to learn, grow, and be actively involved in helping Wildfire scale.
