We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to student performance, enrollment, attendance, and other institutional metrics. Your insights will support strategic planning, curriculum improvement, and overall school success.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources including academic records, surveys, attendance systems, and administrative databases.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders including administrators, educators, and board members.

Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to define data needs and interpret results.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy policies and educational regulations.

Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and reporting systems.

Assist in the development of KPIs and benchmarks for academic and operational performance.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in the education sector.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.

Experience with student information systems (SIS) and education-related data platforms is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
