Qualifications & experience
Completed at least 2 years of BS Nursing or any Med-allied course
For individuals with a Medical Allied background, a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required.
For those with a Non-Medical Allied background, at least 2 years of BPO voice experience mixed with at least 1 year of Healthcare BPO experience is required.
Ability to work in an on-site setup in BGC
Flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
