Job Summary
Entry level administrative role supporting the RFI Team. The role involves routine support tasks as well as management of team mailboxes, introductory content reviews, adoption of business tools and ad hoc administrative requests.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Learns purpose of Automation Proposal Software, the library structure and how to navigate stacks, categories and sub-categories and library entries
• Learns RFI and RFP processes at a high level and how the correlate to automation platform
• Learns and applies Labcorp brand and consistency requirements and how to apply styles in Word and Excel
• Learns concepts of library entry updates and assigning tags and potentially other metadata (SMEs)
• Learns and begins to support minor entry (record) edits and the addition of some new library content through Projects’ “suggestions” with supervision
• Learns and follows Library Reviews function
• Completes tasks assigned by manager, including bulk loading and filing entries in appropriate locations with manager direction
• Completes other duties as assigned
Minimum Education And Experience Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year direct CRO/pharma experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous work history in a central laboratory setting
Skills And Competencies
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (especially Word styles and templates)
• Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Positive attitude and sense of urgency
