Attends to cargo customer needs based on company policies and procedures. Ensure the accuracy of shipments and responsible for overseeing the acceptance and releasing of cargoes.

What You Will Do

Ensures that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision and Values are achieved.

Promotes and ensure compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard base on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.

Ensures that shippers comply with the prescribed procedures and required documents before shipment is accepted for carriage.

Inspects packaging and acceptability of outgoing cargoes.

Checks completeness of Shipper’s Advice and Certificate of Contents (SACC).

Issues air waybill to cover every shipment, describing completely and accurately the contents of the package and its applicable weight (actual and volumetric).

Weigh and measures dimension of outgoing cargoes.

Collects applicable charges/fees and issue Official receipts.

Prepares closed out report for all transactions handled and remits to Lead Cargo agent all cash/credit card transactions.

Manifest outgoing cargoes, prepare NOTOC and other cargo documents for the flight.

Coordinate with CLC for load planning and relaying of final cargo load.

Assists shippers during pull out of cargoes and ensure proper documentation.

Ensures that all required documents/permits are provided by the shipper prior acceptance of cargo.

Ensures that Conditions of Carriage and other restrictions are properly explained to shippers.

Assists in ensuring that all handling instructions are well noted and satisfied.

Checks condition of incoming cargoes and report any irregularity noted.

Conducts inventory of cargoes that remained unreleased/unclaimed.

Validates identification of consignee/representative prior release of incoming cargoes.

Prepares cargoes that are due for disposal.

When assigned as Ramp representative, ensure turn over the cargo documents to DS-Ramp and loading of cargoes.

Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior/s.

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

Required Educational Background ( Must be a graduate of 4-year course preferably in Hospitality Management/Tourism)

Preferably with work experience in a Customer Service environment

Service oriented and must possess above average communication skills
