Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Calling Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Calling Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our solar energy solutions, and building strong relationships with potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted into potential sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to company’s services and offerings.
• Identify and qualify leads by assessing customer needs and interests in solar energy solutions.
• Maintain a well-organized database of potential customers and follow up as needed.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and company’s unique selling points.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during calls.
• Record call details, client information, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Assist in research and data collection on market trends, customer requirements, and competition.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Fresher to 1-year experience in sales or telemarketing (preferably in energy, renewable energy, or B2B sectors).
• Strong verbal communication skills with a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy and renewable energy trends is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the solar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
