ROLE SUMMARY

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by converting leads, conducting site visits, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and passionate about closing deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Conversions

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Convert leads into successful sales through consistent follow-ups

Conduct professional and engaging site visits

Build strong client relationships to boost conversions

Lead Generation & Marketing

Source and generate new leads proactively

Market properties via social media, WhatsApp, and networking

Participate in company activations and marketing campaigns

Client Relationship Management

Guide clients through the entire purchase process

Maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals

Deliver exceptional customer service

Field Work & Activations

Attend site visits, roadshows, and events

Represent Ntashart professionally in all client interactions

Reporting & Administration

Update CRM with leads, bookings, and client data

Provide regular sales performance updates

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years sales experience (real estate is an added advantage)

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven, aggressive, and results-oriented
