About the internship
Are you a smart, dynamic fresher with a flair for communication, creativity, and coordination? Join us as an administrative intern and get hands-on exposure to both front office and back office operations in a premium fashion brand environment!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Welcome visitors and manage reception duties professionally
2. Coordinate with HR for interviews and guest meetings
3. Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and visitor logs
4. Support daily office operations, admin tasks & documentation
5. Coordinate with internal departments for requisitions and record-keeping
6. Assist in drafting emails, creative templates, notices, and birthday greetings
7. Contribute to social media-related tasks and internal campaigns
8. Help with organizing events, celebrations, and communication drives
Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th May'25 and 19th Jun'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Kolkata only
