About the Role Join us for an INTENSE 2-year residency program focused on programming, all while receiving competitive compensation. You will collaborate with our Senior Developers to build innovative applications for our customers. Here's what you can expect: Skill-Based Selection: We assess your raw talent in programming and problem-solving abilities, prioritizing potential over experience. Paid Assessment: After passing our initial interview, you'll undergo a rigorous, paid assessment to showcase your skills and problem-solving capabilities. This is a paid opportunity to prove your capabilities. Paid Learning: Once accepted in the program you will receive a monthly allowance ranging from 32,000 to 35,000 PHP. Expert Mentorship: Our seasoned developers will guide and support you throughout the program, ensuring you develop the skills necessary for success. Performance-Based Growth: As you demonstrate your skills, your allowance can increase, potentially reaching up to 100,000 PHP per month by the end of the program. Full-Time Opportunity: Once the program is completed, you’ll transition to a full-time developer contract and collaborate with our team to create cutting edge applications. Responsibilities Collaborate with Senior Developers and cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
