Job Position: Customer / Logistics Operations Intern

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Internship

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Customer and Logistics Operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics, customer service, and operations management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily logistics and delivery operations

Monitor and coordinate rider activities to ensure timely deliveries

Provide real-time support to customers via phone, email, or chat

Support rider onboarding and documentation processes

Maintain and update operational databases and dashboards

Resolve delivery issues and escalate complex problems as needed

Track orders and ensure accurate updates are provided to customers

Generate daily/weekly operational reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery

Requirements

Recent graduate (Business, Logistics, or related field preferred)

Preferably Male for Gender Balance and Living within the Ikeja axis

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets.

Availability to work weekends

Passion for startups, logistics, and excellent customer experience.
