WH Finished Goods Supervisor

Job Description:

Coordinate and ensure activities related to the receipt, storage and expenditure of branded finished products including the administration run smoothly and safely.

Ensure the feasibility of the function of facilities and infrastructure (infrastructure) in Warehouse Finished Goods.

Make monthly performance.

Planning manpower needs following the production and operation of the warehouse.

Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.

Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.

Responsible for employee development in Warehouse Finished goods.

Check the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning and glass monitoring

Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.

Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at WH working location. Finished Goods.

Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).

Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) at the work site

Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head

Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (any field), preferably Industrial Engineering and Management/Logistics Management

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Finish Good Warehouse position

good understanding of Racking warehouse, Multi SKU, MHE operational (forklift, reach truck, etc), Multi Sloc Location Warehouse.

Understand 5R & Safety

Strong administration skill

Willing to be located in Marunda.
