Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wedding Sales Executive to drive wedding and social event bookings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for clients planning their special day. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle wedding inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
• Conduct venue tours and client consultations
• Understand client requirements (budget, guest count, theme, catering, décor, etc.)
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations, banquet, catering, and décor teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to maximize conversion rates
• Build relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and partners
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Participate in wedding expos, networking events, and promotional activities

Sales Targets & KPIs

• Monthly/Quarterly revenue targets
• Lead conversion rate
• Number of confirmed bookings
• Client satisfaction ratings
• Repeat and referral business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in wedding sales, banquet sales, hospitality, or event sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
